Introducing Bertha. She's stepped up and taken over the family business, after her husband (arguably, the most famous chocolate cake in the world) decided it was time for retirement.
Her ganache is a precise blend of both milk and dark chocolate, making her slightly sweeter and a little more palatable to mainstream tastebuds.
Restocked on Monday at 10am
We bake everything fresh to order, and dispatch orders twice per week.
Any orders placed between 10am on Monday and 9:59am on Thursday will be delivered on Friday.
Any orders placed between 10am on Thursday and 9:59am on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
👉 Currently, 98% of all orders are delivered on time. In rare circumstances outside of our control, there may be a delay with the courier which could mean that your order is delivered a day late.
👉 We only deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays
👉 You must be available to take delivery or nominate an alternative address/safe place via the tracking link provided to you by DPD. We cannot return baked goods to the depot as this could affect quality.

We recommend that you eat Bertha on the day she arrives.
She'll keep in the fridge for another day if necessary, but make sure she's in the box she came in, or a sealed container.
We do not recommend freezing Bertha.
