NYE pre-orders will be delivered on either the 30th or 31st of December. Due to the sheer volume of orders, you will be unable to nominate a preferred date.

In the rare circumstance that your order is delayed, you will be issued with a full refund.

Store in the packaging provided or in a sealed container. Make sure you eat every last mouthful before the expiry date shown on the box.

Please note: our baked goods do not contain the sorts of preservatives that you’ll find on supermarket shelves, so they won’t keep as long. Trust me, it’s a good thing. 

We do not recommend freezing Bertha®.
