We offer next-day delivery on orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Thursday.

• Order before 12pm? You’ll get your order the next working day.
• Order after 12pm? Add an extra day.

Examples:

• Order at 11:00am on Wednesday → Delivery on Thursday.
• Order at 3:00pm on Wednesday → Delivery on Friday.

Weekend Orders:

• Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday (or anytime Friday-Sunday) will be delivered the following Tuesday.

👉 Currently, 98% of all orders are delivered on time. In rare circumstances outside of our control, there may be a delay with the courier which could mean that your order is delivered a day late.

👉 You must be available to take delivery or nominate an alternative address/safe place via the tracking link provided to you by DHL. We cannot return baked goods to the depot as this could affect quality.

Chocolate Orange Bert: We recommend that you eat Chocolate Orange Bert on the day he arrives.

He'll keep in the fridge for another day if necessary, but make sure he's in the box he came in, or a sealed container.

We do not recommend freezing Bert.

Chocolate Orange Brownie: For a ridiculously dense, and fudgy brownie, keep them in the fridge. If you’d prefer them to be a bit softer, and slightly less rich, keep them at room temperature.

Store in an airtight container, and to experience them at their very best, consume within three days.

Our brownies can be frozen for up to one month, but please place into the freezer as soon as they’re delivered. 

Chocolate Orange Bertha® Pudding: Store in the fridge on the day of delivery, and consume within three days.

Our puddings freeze perfectly. If freezing, consume within three months.
