Ordering before 12pm on Thursday 21st August? Your order will be dispatched same-day.
Ordering after 12pm on Thursday 21st August? Your order will be dispatched on Tuesday 26th August.
Regular dispatch dates will resume from Tuesday 26th August (see normal dispatch info below).
We offer same day dispatch on orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Thursday.
- Order before 12pm? Your order should be with you the next working day.
- Order after 12pm? Add an extra day.
Examples:
- Order at 11:00am on Wednesday → Delivery on Thursday.
- Order at 3:00pm on Wednesday → Delivery on Friday.
Weekend Orders:
- Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday (or anytime Friday-Sunday) will be dispatched on the following Monday.
👉 Currently, 98% of all orders are delivered on time. In rare circumstances outside of our control, there may be a delay with the courier which could mean that your order is delivered a day late.
👉 You must be available to take delivery or nominate an alternative address/safe place via the tracking link provided to you by DHL. We cannot return baked goods to the depot as this could affect quality.
