Digestive biscuit crust with set lemon custard, vanilla cake, white chocolate ganache and sugar pearls.

Keep refrigerated once received. To serve, peel back the film lid and lift from the foil tray using the cardboard tabs. Set on a serving plate and either consume chilled or at room temperature. Return any unused pie to the fridge. I’m best consumed by the date shown.
