Valentine's Day pre-orders will be delivered on either the 12th or 13th of February. Due to the sheer volume of orders, you will be unable to nominate a preferred date.

We recommend that you eat Bertha on the day she arrives.

She'll keep in the fridge for another day if necessary, but make sure she's in the box she came in, or a sealed container.

We do not recommend freezing Bertha.
